Our Beverly Hills Location is located at 435 N. Roxbury Drive Suite 311, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 on the 3rd floor, suite 311.

There is valet parking inside the building however, we do not validate. Paid Public parking is also available in the next building over. There is also a free 2 hour parking lot at 461 N. Bedford Drive. 

Roxbury is in between the cross streets of Santa Monica and Wilshire.

Online booking is the most convenient way to book with us as we are not always available to answer phone calls/text messages/emails because we are with clients. If you choose to contact us via phone or email, please give us 24 hours to respond.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• ​​​​​Cancelling, changing, or failing to appear for an appointment within 24 hours is subject to a 50% charge of the total services rendered. If a client is 15 minutes late, the appointment cannot be completed to its fullest extent; the esthetician will deem what is appropriate to be completed during the service (ex. Skipping massage or mask ). If one is beyond 15 minutes late, the appointment time will collectively be forfeited and is subject to a 50% charge of the service regardless of completion. The appointment timing is equally the client’s responsibility as the Esthetician’s arrival at the proper timing in order to receive a thorough treatment. Failure to adhere to these rules results in Sugarface Skincare and its employees charging the appropriate fee. Thank you for respecting our time.
